me!I'm the Special Services Librarian at a state university southwest of Fort Worth. All that title means is that I'm in charge of the lower level of our library and the four collections there: AV, Curriculum, Limited, and Maps.

We use wikis quite a bit around here. We have a staff wiki that we use to track training, post schedules, information on class assignments, reference resources, FAQs, etc. We have another that we have used for training student workers. I also set up a practice wiki (similar to this one) about a year ago to do some staff training on using wikis, and we've also used it as a place to post stuff for our own 23 Things-like program. We also have a student worker training wiki that we'll be updating soon as fall semester begins. I've also set up a wiki to support the children's literature class that will also be undergoing some revisions with the fall semester approaching. Finally, I used a wiki to post a lengthy comparison of four versions of The Voyages of Dr. Dolittle. All of these were done using PBworks (formerly pbWiki), so it's fun to try Wetpaint here to compare.
